It is a coupon that offers a ¥1,000 discount on food and drink at participating restaurants. You can use up to 1/2/3 coupons within the 1-day/2-day/3-day period starting from the date specified at the time of booking. When you purchase the Tokyo City Pass, you will be issued a voucher with a QR code that can be exchanged for the "Tokyo Subway Ticket", a ticket that allows you unlimited rides on all Tokyo Metro and Toei Subway lines within the specified period. Please bring your voucher with the QR code and exchange it for a ticket at a tourist ticket vending machine at a Tokyo Metro or Toei Subway station. The "Tokyo Value Experiences" included in the base pass can be used once per facility per ticket. After entering one facility, you need to wait at least 30 minutes before entering the next one. Optional spots can only be used at the facility you purchased. Please note that opening hours and closing days may change depending on the facility or store, so please contact each facility directly for details.
Tokyo Subway Ticket has a service that allows you to receive benefits such as discounts and gifts by presenting your Tokyo Subway Ticket at museums, art galleries, restaurants, etc. in Tokyo. Please see Chikatoku's homepage for details on eligible facilities.

You can purchase up to 6 Tokyo City Passes with 1 ID. There is no discount for purchasing multiple tickets.
The validity period is within 3 months after purchase. The "Tokyo Subway Ticket" can be used for 24 / 48 / 72 hours from the time of first use. For the "Tokyo Value Experiences", "Tokyo Gourmet Coupon" and "Options"*, please start using them within 3 months of purchase; once started, use them within the validity period of each ticket type (same day for a 1-day pass, 2 days for a 2-day pass, 3 days for a 3-day pass). *Options do not have to be used on the same day as the "Tokyo Subway Ticket", "Tokyo Value Experiences" or "Tokyo Gourmet Coupon".
Changes or cancellations are not permitted after the purchase of this service. However, cancellation may be allowed if all of the following conditions are met:
1. Cancellation is allowed within 3 months of purchase, provided no attraction entry time has been reserved. Cancellation is not permitted after reservation.
2. This limitation shall not apply in cases where statutory rescission, invalidity, or other legally recognized grounds for cancellation are applicable to the customer.
